Our Return Policy
All items returned must be in their original condition (not worn, used or washed) with their original tags and packaging intact.
All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving an item for Canadian customers and within 14 days of receiving an item for US customers. Returns outside of this time limit will not be accepted.
The customer will not be refunded the cost of postage and all customers are to cover the cost of return postage.
Please ensure you use a traceable form of post to ensure that the item can be tracked as we will not be liable for the loss of any items being returned. Once the returned items have been received in their original condition they will be assessed and a refund will be forwarded to the customer if it meets the criteria.
You must provide your order number with your return to enable us to credit the money back to you.

Please include a description and photograph of the defect.
Returns on sale items or with discount codes are not accepted.
Want to return an item?
We understand, buying online isn't always easy and it doesn't always work. As long as the items are still in their original condition, we accept returns and this is how you can do it:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the Returns Form.
2. Fill in the required information on the Returns Form (If you can't print the form please put the required information on a piece of paper).
3. Send your item and a copy of the returns form to the address below within 7 days of receiving an item for Canadian customers and within 14 days of receiving an item for US customers. Return address: Dreams of Anastasia 118-6185 Boul. Taschereau #332, Brossard, QC, J4Y 0E4, Canada.
4. We recommend using a traceable form of post as we take no liability for loss of any items.
5. Once we receive the returned item we inspect it to ensure it has not been worn, used or washed and all original tags and packaging are intact.
We process all of our returns as quickly as possible and unfortunately postage is not refunded.
