SHIPPING

Within Canada

We use Canada Post for all deliveries within Canada and the pricing for shipping is a flat rate of $12 within Canada.

*Delivery time depends on which province of Canada you are located in and is out of our control

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours once order is placed.  

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. Typically takes 2-5 business days.

​Please note if an item you have purchased is a pre-order all items will be packaged and shipped when the pre-order item is in stock.  

 

Within the USA

Pricing for shipping is a flat rate of $20 CAD.

Deliveries to the United States are sent by Canada Post with a tracking number. All US deliveries must have a correct street address and mobile telephone number.  

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours once order is placed. ​

Once orders are processed, shipping can take 1-2 weeks. 

Please note if an item you have purchased is a pre-order all items will be packaged and mailed when the pre-order item is in stock.  

 

Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact Canada Post and they will assist you with locating your parcel.

Dreams of Anastasia is not liable for packages lost in transit or for packages that the customer has given any carrier authority to leave without a signature. 

 

*All import duties or taxes that a customer may incur are payable by the customer. These taxes are imposed by the government of the country the customer is in.  

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can take in between 1-4 weeks, depending on whether the fabric is in stock or on back order. Either way, you will be notified.
